Reut is a fine jewelry house reimagining timeless styles with a sculptural take and quality designed to be passed down for generations. The collections play with the poetic duality of opposing elements in color, material, and form.
Crafted in New York City, each design begins by hand and our Black Gold pieces undergo an exclusive process and invention — a new shade of gold never before seen. The 18k Black Gold collection features deep pigmentation and a high-shine finish, thoughtfully achieved through environmentally safe methods.
Reut Ringel is a graduate from Parsons School of Design in New York City. Her namesake label debuted the world’s first permanent black gold through an innovative proprietary method, disrupting one of the earliest art forms.
SUSTAINABILITY
Reut is dedicated to creating and maintaining practices of sustainability. We use recycled fine metals as an alternative to newly-mined metals, as these natural resources maintain their level of purity throughout their lifecycle and can be ecologically repurposed.
We proudly and consciously craft in New York City in a made-to-order model, so each piece is created specifically for each order and evades overproduction. Localizing our production also allows us to ensure our artisans sustain living wages and safe conditions, while also investing into our local economy and community.
