*Holiday Notice: Orders placed in December 2024 will start shipping in January 2025.
Our pieces are crafted on a made-to-order basis in our New York City studio. Satin Silver pieces ship within an estimated two to four business weeks of order placement. 18k Black Gold pieces ship within an estimated four to six business weeks of order placement. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via UPS or DHL. We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes. A signature is required for delivery.
We offer complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States for orders over $1000. Worldwide shipping is offered at a flat rate of $40. Please note that this rate does not include any custom duties or fees that may be assessed on international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you have any questions about a piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@reutnewyork.com. We will gladly address any questions you may have.
We accept returns within the United States only for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. At this time we do not accept international returns. Returns must be pre-approved with a return authorization number, and shipped/postmarked within seven days of receipt, in unused condition with original packaging fully intact. Reut reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these terms, and the item will be shipped back to you. Reut is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the returns facility. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund inbond or outbound shipping fees or additional taxes, duties, or other charges for domestic or international orders. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@reutnewyork.com for a return authorization. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorization form. Any returns initiated beyond 7 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email contact@reutnewyork.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
Product Quality & Care
Each individual piece is crafted with care, and slight design variations are natural, as each jewelry piece and individual pearl are distinct and made to order. Our patent-pending Black Gold is hypoallergenic.
We recommend handling your jewelry with care and storing in the packaging provided when not in use. You can clean your piece gently by hand with a damp cloth to remove fingerprints, oils, or surface residue. To maintain the longevity of your Black Gold piece, please wear your pieces thoughtfully and avoid contact with hard or abrasive materials and surfaces. Water has no adverse affect on our pieces and will not affect pigmentation.
Our Black Gold pieces should never be polished, buffed, plated, or resized and we will not be responsible for any damages incurred by a third party servicer. Should your product require repair or alteration, please contact us directly. These services may incur an additional fee at our discretion.
